Hair: Jon Pulitano for Redken
Hair style: "The look today is strong with an artisan feel. We want to give a furturistic element, while still keeping it a bit natural. We've applied Redken Stand Tough Gel to the roots of dry hair and left the ends and mid-lengths natural with a bit of texture. To start we took the part lines and applied the gel, combing it down and bringing the hair forward to form two waves. Majority of the hair is left tucked behind the ears, with just a few strands in front. We've only combed the gel through the top of the hair, leaving the rest natural," says Jon Pulitano.
Make-up: Victoria Curtis for Curtis Collection
Make-up style: "We wanted this look to be a mix between grungy and clean. It's all about bare, naked skin with a really strong eye. The brows are brushed up with a clear brow gel for a really defined effect. We've used two purple shades on the eyes that are smoked out a little bit, to really make them pop. For the skin we've used CC cream and then a BB cream for undetectable coverage. The lips are also really bare and we've only applied a touch of the Lip Velvet for some sheen and shine, but nothing obvious. It's really all about the eyes and brows on bare, beautiful skin," says Victoria Curtis.
