The movie industry may have the Oscars, but the beauty world has the Glosscars. Conducted by beautyheaven, the annual readership survey recognises the best new beauty products to launch each year, as chosen by Australian women.
The results for those products launched in 2014 are in, with 5000 votes submitted from around the country. Voting was open to all Australians, with each individual given the opportunity to vote for products across 66 different categories.
Editor of beautyheaven Carli Alman says the awards offer an opportunity to showcase the latest trends: “The Glosscars are about establishing and rewarding new products to market; and a record number of people voted in this year’s Glosscars awards, so the list of winners really does reveal the very best of new beauty products that Australians should try or adopt.”
