Sisters and dynamic duo Katie and Amanda from Ella Baché Pacific Fair have been honoured with the prestigious Gold National Salon of the Year Award at the 2024 Annual Ella Awards.
The star-studded event, held on August 24th at The W in Sydney’s Darling Harbour, celebrated excellence in Australian skin and beauty.
It also marked a significant milestone – Ella Baché's 70th anniversary of legacy skincare in Australia.
The evening was a tribute to the outstanding dedication, enthusiasm, and support of Ella Baché therapists, managers, and salon owners nationwide.

The event drew franchise owners, distributors, salon therapists, David Jones counter managers, and head office staff from across the country. CEO, Pippa Hallas and sales director, Micheal Knox welcomed attendees, opening the evening with praise for salons nationwide.
The highlight of the night was the presentation of the Gold National Award to Katie and Amanda, who have owned Ella Baché Pacific Fair for over 20 years.
Today, the Mills sisters are distinguished award-winning skincare experts, that celebrate 5 per cent growth year on year and have been recognised for their exceptional passion, spirit, and commitment to the brand.
