Co-chaired by Carolina Herrera and Karlie Kloss, The Fragrance Foundation Awards took place on Wednesday night; and one big winner of the evening was Tom Ford. Both Ford’s Soleil blanc and Vert D’Encens were winners of the Women’s Luxury Division and Men’s Luxury categories, respectively.
Other winners of the evening were John Varvatos Artisan Blu for Prestige Men’s Fragrance of the Year, and Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris for Prestige Women’s; as well as Consumer Choice Awards going to Ralph Lauren Polo Blue Eau de Parfum, for men, and Victoria’s Secret Crush, for women.
Puig CEO and chairman Marc Puig was honoured with a place in the Fragrance Foundation Hall of Fame; and Firmenich perfumer Harry Fremont – one of the co-creators behind CK One – was honoured with a lifetime achievement award.
Jo Malone was another big winner of the evening, with Jo Malone London Basil & Neroli Body Crème and Body and Hand Wash winning Bath & Body Line of the Year; Jo Malone London Orange Bitters Christmas Candle taking home Interior Scent Collection of the Year; and, Jo Malone London Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne winning Breakout Star.
