Maybelline New York today announced its collaboration with a suite of Australian music artists to showcase how Maybelline foundations truly performs in every shade, offering coverage and efficacy for everyone.
The collab teams up with the renowned to the rising, including multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and producer Tash Sultana, new-gen bedroom pop artist Harley Alaska, emerging voice in contemporary soul-pop AKOSIA, and Gamilaraay woman, musician, and creator Thelma Plum.
"We are proud to be expanding the global shade range across our foundation franchises to ensure we deliver products that are accessible, inclusive, and celebrate individuality," said Maybelline New York marketing director, Alex Shadbolt.
"To tell this story, we have aligned with some incredible local musicians and performers that represent Australia’s diverse community and creative underbelly."
Plum, who takes the reins as one of Maybelline New York’s muses said, "This is my second Maybelline campaign, I love working with the team as much as I love their products, they make me feel like a Homecoming Queen! I can’t wait for people to see it."
AKOSIA, whose multidimensional approach to music is deep-rooted in her history as an actress, model and singer-songwriter spoke to how the new Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless range allows her to find the perfect shade for her skin tone.

Maybelline New York will offer the full 40 shades of Fit Me Matte & Poreless, 10 Adaptable shades in Fit Me Tinted Moisturizer, and increase its Fit Me Dewy & Smooth range from 12 to 24 shades and its SuperStay Activewear from 21 to 30 shades, available online and in-store from February 7, 2022.
