Following on from news of its digital restructure, Bauer has announced it will be launching a new online women’s hub in 2017 – titled Now To Love. The female-focused development will form one of five key consumer segments for the publishing house.
Now To Love is a female-focused arena that will integrate content from the company’s biggest female-focused brands, including The Australian Women’s Weekly, Woman’s Day, Yours, Good Health, and SHOP Til You Drop.
Now To Love is the latest category developed for Bauer Xcel. It will join fellow lifestyle arenas Food To Love and Homes To Love, with websites ELLE, Harper’s BAZAAR, Gourmet Traveller, Cosmopolitan, beautyheaven and DOLLY to be included in the Now To Love network.
Bauer Xcel Media managing director ANZ Christian Fricke says of the news: “Now To Love will complete Bauer’s digital ecosystem of powerful female content from Australia’s most loved magazine brands. It reflects our strategy to put the consumer at the heart of what we do by aligning our brands under our key consumer segments across Women’s Entertainment & Lifestyle, Food, Homes, Fashion & Beauty.”
Leading the editorial team is Emily Kerr as content director. A series of specialist editors will be joining her, including Annabelle Brennan (Entertainment), Lorna Gray (News & Culture), Ellie McDonald (Health & Fitness), and Amber Manto (Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle).
Director of sales Fiorella Di Santo adds: “Bringing together our market leading magazine brands and our deep knowledge of how women want to be informed and entertained into one dedicated digital destination will offer unique opportunities for advertisers to leverage our behavioural insights, trusted brands and premium environments to reach women at scale.”
