Condé Nast is planning to sell three magazine titles, including Brides, Golf Digest and W magazine, according to The New York Times.
Three executives said the company lost $120 million last year, due to a decline in ad revenue generated by the print magazines, and as a result will put three of its remaining magazines up for sale.
In addition to selling the three publications, Condé Nast will also lease at least six of its 23 floors at 1 World Trade Center. The New Yorker and Vanity Fair will reportedly be among the magazines to move to make room for new tenants.
Condé Nast chief executive Robert A. Sauerberg Jr. plans to address senior staff members on August 8th 2018.
