After 14 months of maternity leave, Georgia Reid has returned part time to the role of head of communications for Maybelline NY and essie. Sharing this position with Georgia is Jacqui Forman, who was previously group brand manager for Maybelline NY prior to her maternity leave.
Weleda launches Bee B&B initiative
Weleda is delighted to announce the launch of The Weleda Bee B&B Hotel initiative. The project gives schools an opportunity to turn their kitchen garden into a place for native solitary bees to take shelter and rear their young. The 'bed' is the bee hotel and the 'breakfast' is the school garden.
According to a press release from the brand understanding the importance of bee habitats is the first step towards protecting it and regenerating it. The initiative is also an opportunity to help educate the next generation about biodiversity and the role we can play in boosting bee populations.
