Today sees Elizabeth Arden bid farewell to public relations and social media manager Julia Tobin and skincare manager Rebecca La Rocca as the two both head off on maternity leave. Tobin has been with the company since 2014, while La Rocca began employment in December 2013.
“Over the last few months I have received so many beautiful well-wishes and kind words from the beauty press and my colleagues who have all been so generous to celebrate in the news of my pregnancy with me. It is hard to believe the time has come to step away from Elizabeth Arden and properly focus on all ahead with the bub and our little family, however, I very much welcome this new chapter and simply can not wait to meet our +1,” says Tobin.
La Rocca adds: “I can’t believe the time has finally come to be stepping out of the beauty world for a little while! I have been overwhelmed with all of the support from my colleagues within the industry in the weeks leading up to today. I will miss the day-to-day excitement of the industry, however, very much looking forward to meeting the new addition to my family and taking on a new challenge as a mum.”
Replacements for Tobin and La Rocca will be announced on June 6.
