McPherson’s has announced Brett Charlton as the company’s new MD and CEO, effective from August 1.
McPherson’s is home to many of Australia’s most trusted brands including Manicare, Lady Jayne, Dr. LeWinn’s, Swisspers and A’kin to name a few, so the appointment of Charlton, who has 25 years of marketing and branding expertise, made total sense.
Charlton’s previous roles include Chief Skincare Officer at Laser Clinics Australia and Managing Director of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare and Tip Top Ice Cream.

Ari Melvis and Alison Cook will act as executive chairman and COO until Charlton joins the business. They will then revert to their roles as non-executive chairman and non-executive director.
