beautyheaven and BEAUTYDIRECTORY general manager Michelle Blancato has announced she will depart from the company on December 1, to move interstate with her family.
Having been part of both websites for over seven years, and helming the ship for two, the teams will be very sad to see her go.
Of her departure, BEAUTYDIRECTORY managing director Janet Hayward says: "Michelle first joined BEAUTYDIRECTORY in 2010 as Editor and brought a level of journalistic and administrative professionalism to the site that remains to this day. Her skill at finding the right team and managing the demands of BEAUTYDIRECTORY transferred well when she returned after maternity leave to manage the editorial direction of both BEAUTYDIRECTORY and beautyheaven. Michelle's history with both businesses and managing the transition and integration into Bauer Media as General Manager, ensure Michelle will be greatly missed – not just for her professional contribution but for her wonderful integrative and enthusiastic approach to both sites which is enjoyed on a daily basis in the BD/bh office!"
