Nourished Life — an online-only retailer specialising in natural and organic skincare and health and wellbeing products — has been acquired by BWX. BWX is an ASX-listed company currently operating a portfolio that includes the likes of Sukin, Mineral Fusion, DermaSukin, Uspa, Edward Beale, and Renew Skincare.
BWX cited Nourished Life’s rapid social media and digital asset growth, as well as the online store, blog and digital magazine turnover as a key reason for the acquisition.
BWX CEO John Humble spoke on the business move, saying: “The Nourished Life transaction is an excellent opportunity to acquire a highly profitable online platform with proven social media an digital capabilities which can be leveraged across our business and brands in this increasingly important channel.”
