After going to the UK and taking up the position of beauty writer at Woman and Essentials, Sarah Macrae is thrilled to be returning to Australian shores to step into the role of beauty editor at Cosmopolitan.
The departure of Leigh Campbell to Huffington Post and Macrae’s arrival are not the only noteworthy shifts in the Cosmo lifestyle department, with Alexis Teasdale promoted to managing editor/beauty and lifestyle director at the title.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the Cosmopolitan team. After interning there when I first arrived in Australia, it’s always been my dream to return and I’m so excited to join Alexis Teasdale and Cassidy Loane in the beauty department,” says Macrae.
Macrae has vast experience in both the Australian digital and magazine publishing world, with previous employment as OK! and NW magazine beauty editor, CLEO acting beauty editor, POPSUGAR Beauty editor, and beautyheaven beauty editor.
