The new service helping businesses understand Gen Z

The founders of two Aussie digital youth titles have joined forces to launch new venture, POV Insights, in an effort to help brands navigate the generational shift between Millennials and Gen Z.

The B2B subscription service, co-founded by Centennial Beauty and Zee Feed, will be delivering digestible, market-ready insights and research to businesses eager to connect with the world’s most powerful generation.

Jordyn Christensen and Lauren Meisner, of Centennial Beauty, and Crystal Andrews, of Zee Feed, created POV Insights after noticing many advertisers and brands were asking them the same questions about Gen Z consumers.

"Every brand we have spoken to in the past 18 months is asking us how to talk to Gen Z, how to reach them," said Meisner. "Gen Z is the most powerful generation in the world right now, and lots of businesses are realising they’re not informed enough about what makes them tick."

POV Insights is a topical, convenient service to help brands bridge their Gen Z knowledge gap, drawing from the team's decades of experience creating content that resonates with youth audiences.

"People are starting to learn the hard way the same strategies that worked for Millennials don’t fly with Gen Z. This is a very different generation - it pays to learn their nuances," said Andrews.

Commencing on 30 June and delivered every fortnight, each email drop will translate the mysteries of Gen Z behaviour, opinions, decision-making and interests, exploring how these connect with business goals.

The service will include:

- Case studies of brands getting it right
- What makes content go viral
- Latest generational research
- Best practice for different social platforms
- What all those trending slang terms actually mean

Subscriptions apply enterprise-wide, allowing businesses to provide access for all staff on a single membership with monthly or annual payment options.
