Discovered at the tender age of 13, Isabeli Fontana (now 31) is a veteran of the modelling industry. The striking Brazilian has just added another illustrious line to her resumé, with the announcement she is the latest international spokesperson for L'Oréal Paris.
This is not the first time that Fontana has worked with a major label. She has previously walked for the likes of Givenchy and graced more than 50 Vogue covers worldwide, though she is most renowned for her regular appearances for Victoria’s Secret.
But, for Fontana, this career move aligns with her passion for female empowerment. “I have always believed that beauty is a reflection of the soul and therefore that every woman should celebrate her self-worth, feel beautiful and embrace her true self,” says Fontana.
“This is why L’Oréal Paris has always been inspiring to me and millions of women, by leading us to empower ourselves and helping us fulfil our beauty desires. I couldn’t be more proud to represent such a beautiful message and iconic brand.”
L’Oréal Paris brand global president Cyril Chapuy is “delighted to welcome her” to the brand’s growing international family, which already includes major models like Karlie Kloss, Barbara Palvin and Doutzen Kroes.
