She’s only just given birth to baby Esmeralda Amada Gosling, but Eva Mendes is already setting off on another big adventure, launching her own cosmetics line at the end of February.
Available at Walgreens stores throughout the US, the brand - called Circa - will cater to the Hispanic market.
The former face of Revlon, Mendes will be both the face and creative director of the brand, which is inspired by old Hollywood glamour. The products will include 133 richly-pigmented products such as lip and cheek stains.
Speaking about the range, Mendes says: “Because I am Cuban-American, it was really important to me to have colours that service all types of ethnicities.”
All Circa products will be priced between $US8-16 and produced in partnership with Maesa, a company which support sLatina-specific cosmetics. They predict that by 2020, one in every five shoppers in the US will be of Hispanic descent.
