Aussie fitness guru and chiropractor, Tim Robards, is the man of the moment this month, featuring on the 25th Anniversary cover of Australian Men’s Health and announcing a new ambassador role for Swisse Active.
Robards’ cover feature is a record-breaking fourth for the TV star, who featured previously in his 20s and 30s, and now again as he prepares to approach his 40th birthday in October.
Swisse recently unveiled its newest product line, Swisse Active, an all-new science-led sports nutrition range to support active lifestyles. Today, Robards was unveiled as the face of the range.
“When I was approached about the Swisse Active ambassador role, it felt like such a natural fit and perfect timing considering I’m focused on being the fittest I’ve ever been when I turn 40,” said Robards. “Becoming a father in recent years, I’m the busiest I have ever been and have noticed more than ever a need to prioritise my health and fitness. As I reach my 40s, my body needs an extra boost to keep up at work, home and in the gym and so for me Swisse Active has been great.”
Swisse Active is designed for use before, during and after physical activity, targeting the three main need states of a workout; preparation, performance and recovery. Everyday athletes, regardless of fitness level, can kickstart their physical activity with Prepare for an energy boost, Perform during their workout for optimal hydration support and Recover for post-workout replenishment.
When asked about the new launch, Swisse associate director of marketing, Ana Laskova, said: “There are so many high performance products in the market, but we really wanted to create a product that is for everyday athletes. At Swisse, we aim to help our customers lead happier and healthier lives by improving their nutrition and fitness habits. We hope that Swisse Active will give customers the boost they need to kickstart a workout or push their fitness outcomes that little further.”
The Swisse Active range is available now exclusively at Woolworths and online at swisse.com.au.
