2015's highest paid vloggers

It’s well documented by now that vlogging is a valid option for making some serious money. This is particularly true within the beauty sector, of which Bustle recently unveiled the top earners for 2015:

1. Yuya - Lady16makeup
Mexican vlogger Yuya is the highest paid vlogger, with Advertising Age predicting that she makes roughly $US41,000 per month on YouTube alone. It’s not hard to see why, sitting at 12,581,603 subscribers.

2. Bunny Meyer - grav3yardgirl
Lifestyle and beauty vlogger Meyer earns around $US32,000 per month thanks to her 6,190,588 subscribers. The vlogger has also launched merchandise including a t-shirt, as well as a paper doll book for fans.

3. Zoe Suggs - Zoella
British superstar Zoella rakes in around $US27,000 each month with her channel and 9,706,920 subscribers. This is alongside her slew of side projects that include a recent book release.

4. Cute Girls Hairstyles - CuteGirlsHairstyles
A channel purely dedicated to hair tutorials and catapulted to fame thanks to five-minute braid ideas is channel CuteGirlsHairstyles, which earns roughly $US21,000 per month has has 3,940,311 subscribers and rising.

5. Rachel Levin - Rclbeauty101
This channel of ‘real girl’ beauty life hacks and DIY tips has amassed 5,805,937 subscribers and earns its creator $US20,000 a month on average.

6. Bethany Mota - Macbarbie07
One of beauty vlogging’s most famous, Bethany Mota has currently 9,707,763 subscribers but earns only $US15,000 a month from YouTube. This number is only meagre in comparison to what she earns from her other side projects, including a clothing collaboration.

7. Michelle Phan - MichellePhan
One of the original beauty vloggers, Phan’s YouTube channel may no longer be her main source of income but still nets her about $US15,000 a month. It’s Phan’s various side projects - including a cosmetics line and beauty sampling subscription service - that amass her serious income, which Forbes has calculated is at least $US3 million a year.
