Finding the perfect shade of foundation can be a daunting task, even when the assistant at the counter is giving you a helping hand, but now Lancôme is offering personal online advice to help consumers find the perfect shade and texture in less than two minutes.
For the first time, Lancome has an easy-to-use application called Complexion Finder was developed in conjunction with the launch of Lancôme’s new make-up foundation range Teint Idole Ultra 24H and allows users to visualise their perfect make-up look.
Users must first choose their skin tone from nine models and then make a decision between a matt or radiant finish and a fluid or compact texture.
Once the product has been advised, Lancôme make-up artists will give personal advice and how-to videos are selected to help the user understand the product and how to apply it.
