Pevonia is also using their new website to counteract the issue of parallel importing and grey market sales. Customers will no longer need to source Pevonia’s home care products from non-reputable companies.
"Any Pevonia products bought online from companies who are not official distributors offer no guarantees,” reveals Scior. There is no way of knowing how old and out-dated the products are, where they have been stored or even if they are authentic and there is very limited help if a customer has a problem with the product or a skin reaction which is sadly what's been happening to date.”
