Hair look:
“One of the biggest things that makes the C/MEO girl the C/MEO girl is that she’s very much about heroing and celebrating individuality. Further, two of the biggest global hair trends at the moment are the art of the individual and self-acceptance – people celebrating what they’ve been born with and not trying to force and stretch their hair or skin into doing something that it doesn’t want to do.
So what we’ve done today is look at each individual girl’s hair and figure out what’s going to work with that. The girls with curly hair are getting hydration run through and everyone’s getting their hair treated with love. We’re using evo products today and we’ve started with the Day Of Grace Leave in Conditioner which is a mix of proteins to balance out the hair shaft and set a beautiful foundation. Next we’re looking at our hot tools like a product – we want to shift the way women look at heat to accepting that it’s another product instead of trying to counteract the damage it can do. It isn’t a necessary evil.
What we’re doing with Kela – I love these hair beads they’re the easiest way to make you look expensive with no effort - when the girls are in their final looks we’re going to do a dusting of the Kela beads through the mid-lengths and the ends.”

“We’re going for a monochromatic effect today by using the same lipstick on the cheek, lip, and eye. The lipstick that we’re using on everyone today is the L'Absolu Rouge Lipstick - 335 Moderato, and applying it after we do our signature skin with the Parisian Glow and not doing any contour. There’s a bit of a glow with our Custom Glow Drops but everything is really pared back so that we can let that monochromatic flush come through. What I’ve noticed this year on the catwalk is people instead of using a bold lip are making it quite heavy in the middle and letting it fade out towards the sides.
We’re doing fluffy brows today using the balm and then right before the models go out we’re doing a glossy eye.”
