Hair look:
"Roopa's inspiration was Nepal – the colours, the textures, the shapes and in the rooftops, so we wanted to create a beautiful, rich texture to the hair reminiscent of Nepalese women. We've got two looks; one is very straight and for this we've used Redken Volume Rootful 06 on the roots and Redken Diamond Oil Shatterproof Shine on the mid length and ends. We've blow dried that so it was really nice and smooth before creating the beginning of a braid. I'm literally going to cross it over once and then tie it. The front of the hair will be left out so there's a flowy texture when the girls walk down the runway.
We've got four or five girls with beautiful curly hair so we're going through the process of drying the hair with a natural curl without it looking frizzy. We want each and every curl to be defined and shiny. The best two products for that are Redken Curvaceous Curl Refiner and Redken Curvaceous CCC Spray Gel."

Makeup look:
"The skin has the beautiful finish from the Lancôme Advanced Génifique we've used, plus the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation and the Custom Glow Drops combined. We've got a highlighted cheekbone and before the models hit the runway we'll make that nice and glossy with a little more Génifique. We've got two different eye looks today, one is a really cool dark eye with a gloss over the top – we'll apply that again just before the models hit the runway so it starts to smudge a little bit. The other look is more about architectural eyeliner, so we'll have liner on top that comes through to meet the bottom liner. Lashes are big for this look too. I love this look, it's so much fun. We're pushing the boundaries of Fashion Week."
