Diptyque is transporting us straight to Paris, with its exclusive collaboration with Café Verlet.
The iconic home fragrance pioneer has entered into an exclusive gourmet partnership with Café Verlet – the oldest purveyor of coffees in Paris and the capital’s first roastery.
The collection celebrates the happy meeting of two imaginations – the rich flavours of Café Verlet and the olfactory know-how of Diptyque, merging to create a unique sensory experience.
On the menu for this limited-edition collection, are three new candle scents in Café (coffee), Chantilly (whipped cream) and Biscuit. Inspired by the menu of Café Verlet, the collaboration is set to transport you to the warmth of the Parisian café, like the first sip of a perfect espresso.
Featuring illustrations by Clym Evernden, the collection plays on the hallmarks of both Maisons and invites us into a quirky, light-hearted Paris.
The below Café Candles will be available from April 2nd, 2024 at select MECCA stores and online at www.mecca.com.
Limited Edition Café Candle $121 / 190g
Limited Edition Chantilly Candle $121 / 190g
Limited Edition Biscuit Candle $121 / 190g

Can’t make it to Paris to experience Café Verlet? No worries. To celebrate this iconic partnership, MECCA presents Café Diptyque.
For two weeks, over April 5th – 19th, MECCA invites customers to experience iconic Parisian café culture in the heart of Melbourne’s Hardware Lane, with a pop-up that brings two café-coveted cities together in the best way.
Tickets are $40 and will secure a spot for you and a guest to explore Diptyque’s cult-classic candles inspired by the gourmet scents of Café Verlet, followed by a just-as-delicious set menu courtesy of Andrew McConnell’s Morning Market. Think: rich hot chocolate (with whipped cream, of course), fresh Baker Bleu croissants and petit fours.
