Tali Shine and Steph Adams are no strangers to the journalism world, with the writers publishing work in titles from British Vogue to Rescu. Now the duo have turned their passion for health and wellbeing into print with the release of coffee table book Good to Glow. BD spoke to the authors about what readers can expect:
What inspired the launch of Good to Glow?
The book is a way to share delicious, healthy and creative dishes from around the world. It is also a part travel guide to the world’s most delicious health cafes, so that when readers travel they have a list of exciting and healthy places to visit - this also means that clean eating doesn’t need to stop just because someone is travelling.
What can readers expect to find inside?
Readers can expect to find creative, easy-to-make nourishing dishes that we have created, as well as favourite recipes from supermodels, international health experts, wellness cafes and retreats. The recipes are all clean, refined sugar-free, gluten-free and use nourishing oils.
Who is your intended audience?
Our intended audience is anyone who cares about their health, wants to glow and get the most out of their lives. No one is ever too young or too old to look after their health!
How did you find working across the book?
It has been amazing to see that what started off as a concept and two years of hard work, has now become a coffee table book that we are proud of and love!
Where is the book currently available?
Our book is currently available for preorder on Amazon. It will be available around the world from the world’s best bookstores and boutiques in April 2016, as well as online. There will also be English, German and French versions.
