Creative manager - ASAP Skin Products

are looking for a creative manager to oversee the production and distribution of all sales, marketing, promotional and training materials. The person we are looking for will be a fantastic writer as well as overseeing and managing the workflow of the graphic designer.

We are a looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills. Computer literacy is essential, as is a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to work in a team environment.

Tertiary qualification would be preferred, but not essential.

Key tasks include the following:

  • Manage workflow in creative department.
  • Develop, implement and execute the company’s creative strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of all elements of brand representation including advertising, packaging, and promotions and training materials.
  • Write all materials required for advertising, PR, marketing and training use.
  • Manage the development and execution of product launch materials.
  • Manage the ongoing update of training materials – training workbooks/PowerPoint presentations/training manuals.
  • Oversee translation of training materials for export markets when required.
  • Write copy for and oversee production of 6-monthly newsletter that is distributed to ASAP’s customer base.
  • Manage account requests for images and marketing materials and distribute.
  • Maintain company website and maximise company web presence.
  • Ensuring relevant information is communicated and utilised by key stockists
  • Manage the execution of PR material and communication for the company to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Develop PR packs for distribution to media contacts.
  • Oversee the management of PR at relevant trade expos to ensure the brand is appropriately represented.
  • Liaise with printers to source quotes for all printed materials.
  • Manage distribution of printed materials to ASAP Account Managers.
  • Review and manage all marketing material inventory, ensuring that only up-to-date material is being used.
  • Ensure the regular communication to stockists via email blasts.
  • Maintain company’s Facebook page and keep it regularly updated with interesting and relevant material.
  • Manage delivery of regular promotional events and oversee the development of marketing materials.
  • Write, record, edit and upload ASAP YouTube videos
  • Manage ASAP YouTube Channel
