The Role & You
This newly created position will play a key role in supporting the marketing team and the company's strategic direction. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hands-on role will be pivotal in driving a digital strategy based on data-driven analysis to build the brand locally. You will work closely with the marketing team and have one direct report. You will be part of a global digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define local digital marketing strategy and tactics
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
- Analyse and optimise digital performance based on data-driven insights
- Implement strategies and tactics to drive conversion and webshop growth
- Work closely with Communication, Web and Design teams
- Liaise with Global Marketing and take an active role in global projects
Your profile:
- Degree in (digital) marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in online marketing (minimum 3 years)
- Demonstrable experience in leading, managing and optimising digital performance campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Competence in using variety of data tools; eg Google Analytics, Tableau
- SEO experience
- Solid experience using CMS & CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Online advertising experience, PPC, Display, Banner, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising
- Amazon advertising experience highly regarded
- Good understanding of digital metrics and KPIs
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

This is a permanent part-time position working 22.5 - 30.0 hours per week, ideally over 5 days. Days and hours of work may be negotiable.
