Bauer Media now fully owns the Australian and New Zealand editions of OK! Magazine after the publishing company purchased the remaining stake in the publication.
Previously, the publication was co-owned by Northern and Shell, which published the weekly title from 2004 until 2007. Bauer Media bought a 50 per cent stake in the publication in 2007.
