Today marks the first ever Secret Sweats event held by Women's Health and skincare brand Clinique.
Led by internationally renowned trainer Kirsty Godso, the 45 minute high-intensity workout was attended by 30 Sydneysiders at a secret location in the city – the details of which were only revealed 72 hours prior to the event.
Of the initiative, Women's Health editor Jacqui Mooney said: "Secret Sweats is the next step forward in evolving the Women’s Health brand as we continue to grow into new spaces with like-minded partners.
“Women’s Health is so much more than just a magazine; it’s a global community of women that’s all about empowerment. Our mission is to deeply engage with our rapidly-growing audience; inspiring them to be fitter, happier, healthier and stronger, both physically and mentally.
“Secret Sweats is set to be the feel-good movement of 2018, and no two events will ever be the same, so watch this space!”
The event coincides with the magazine's annual 'Fitfluential' issue which celebrates 25 game-changing Aussie women making waves in wellness, health and fitness. Details of the next event will be announced on Women's Health's online and social channels, as well as in the magazine.
