Hair: Renya Xydis for Wella Professionals
Hair style: "It was androgynous and masculine at the front, quite simple in order to see the clothing, and then we added beautiful texture at the back to accommodate the fabrics Christopher Esber has got. A little bit of attention to detail on the hair without trying too hard. It’s a basket weave and then we rolled it up into a little basket weave bun. We applied Wella Elegant Shape evenly to the hair before blowdrying, then I’ve used the Cloud Nine Irons to smooth the hair and add shine, then finished off with the Sebastian Reshaper hairspray to secure the weave,” says Renya Xydis.
Make-up: Kate Squires for
Make-up style: She’s the beautiful assassin. Christopher wanted her to look quite athletic, like she had just been working out. What we’re doing is getting the skin looking really fresh and hydrated, so really giving the skin a good massage with our Auto Pilot Primer to really plump up the skin - not to give it a shine, but to give it a natural sheen. Then we’re working our Light Patrol Luminizer Wheel in the softer colours like pink ice and the silver up on to the cheekbone to give a bit more of a glisten but really buffing it into the skin so it doesn’t look too made up. With the eyes, it’s meant to look like that natural smokey eye that a lot of girls have – so it’s a bit of a sepia stain on the skin. We’re working our Color Disc Orange Sherbet around the eye first and then we’re coming back through with our Light Patrol Liminizer Wheel in the rose - which is the hero of this look. We’re taking the Luminizer over the top to take the skin from looking matte to having a sheen. Right before the girls go on, we’re putting our clear lip lacquer really strong on the eyelids so you get a glassy sheen when the girls blink. There’s not going to be much on the lips at all, it’s about the natural lip tone,” says Kate Squires.
"I wanted the girls to look worn-in and slightly out of focus but in a fresh way. Skin is luminous and sheer with a soft natural flush to the cheek. The colour palette is skin inspired - I used shades of taupes, soft pinks and creams to accentuate the tones that occur within the skin already. The eye is finished with a mirrored effect courtesy of my Lip Lacquer in Clearly Glam," says Napoleon Perdis.
