Sephora has (finally) announced the official launch of its inaugural Australian flagship store. Located at Westfield Sydney in Pitt St Mall, the store will open on Friday December 5, 2014 at precisely 12pm.
“It has been a long time coming - especially for our devoted Australian Sephora fans - although we know the wait will be worth it,” says Sephora country manager Fiona Novak.
Sephora has plenty of activities planned in the lead-up to the launch. On November 27, a giant alarm clock will be installed at the front of the store so customers can count down Sephora’s official opening in Australia. On November 28, 29 and 30 Sephora brand ambassadors will be outside the store issuing ‘Sephora Survival Kits’ containing various products, along with details of a ‘Sephora Sleepover’ consumer competition. This will give four winners (and a friend) an exclusive overnight pamper experience and the opportunity to be first in the store on opening day.
