I've never been a huge one for excessive hair brushing, but I keep the bhave Vent Brush in my desk at all times for easy access whenever my hair needs a quick touch-up. I actually only own two brushes that I use on the regular - the bhave one and a round brush for blow-drying. So why did the Vent Brush make the cut? With a uniquely-shaped brush head that conforms to the shape of the head, this bhave brush also features a non-slip grip that feels of superior quality. While I don't use the Vent Brush for blow-drying (unless I've had a shower at work and need to use the office hair dryer before heading off to an event), it is good for this purpose as it has vents in the head to enhance airflow - allowing hair to dry quickly. - Yelena

Even though summer is now sadly behind us, it doesn't mean we have to bid farewell to beach hair. And any girl blessed with curls or waves knows the transformative powers of sea salt spray to achieve this look. The easy-to-use styling mist can take your tresses from dull and frizzy, to a mane full of life and bounce. Charles Worthington's Style Setter Salt Spray does exactly that - helping to enhance natural waves and curls while adding texture and volume. Soak your strands in this salt-infused mist for year-long beach beauty. - Ally

Born with relatively straight (and in my opinion boring) hair, I have always been envious of those with naturally lovely waves. I love to curl my hair as it provides it with definition and instant volume, bringing my hair to life. The VS Sassoon fashion curl makes this an absolute breeze. I simply placed a section of my hair through the middle of the styler and pressed the handles together. It beeped when it was time to release the curl, making it such an easy and simple task!  It also has two heat settings; 185°C and 205°C, so it’s appropriate for whatever style you’re aiming for. - Laura

Being blonde I don’t really need help in the ‘colour lock’ department, (however anything that keeps my toner in longer and keeps the brassiness at bay is a real winner). In fact, I like this shampoo and conditioner for a myriad of other reasons! The formula is rich in protein and is super moisturising, which is a must for my damaged locks. Given I wash my hair at least four times a week, I need something that will do its job properly. I want a shampoo that actually cleans my hair and a conditioner that detangles while giving my hair moisture. This duo ticks all these boxes and more! - Kelly

Messy hair is my mantra and I’m not ashamed to admit it. But my penchant for tousled locks is not the same as looking dishevelled - rather I admire the beach chic texture that can be attained without a dip in salt water, and instead with texture spray. The label.m Brunette Texturising Volume Spray delivers texture to clean (boring) tresses, with the lift of dry shampoo and the long last of hairspray. The brunette tones intermingled in the formula also help to prevent any powdery residue from staining darker hair. - Sarah
