Paris Hilton has had another run in with the law – but this time she’s the plaintiff not the defendant.
The heiress and Parlux Fragrances LLC have sued International Perfume Palace Inc for packaging that is identical or confusingly similar” to Hilton’s products, according to WWD.
Hilton and Parlux have accused the Perfume Palace of infringing on its trademark, trade dress and design patent for its collection of Paris Paris” products.
The 33-page lawsuit was filed in New York Eastern District court last week.
