Australia’s first national online mega-sale Click Frenzy may be set to get underway in less than nine hours, but David Jones is getting a head start on its retail competitors.
The David Jones Christmas Frenzy kicked off at 6am this morning on the retailers’ website (www.davidjones.com.au), offering huge discounts across a number of brands and categories in the lead-up to Christmas. The one-day shopping event also sees all DJs stores in NSW, Victoria and the ACT trade until 10pm tonight, and QLD, WA and SA stores until 9pm. Offers on the e-commerce site are available until midnight.

The Click Frenzy event, modelled on America’s Cyber Monday sales event, will feature specials from more than 200 retailers, including Myer, Dick Smith, Westfield and Toys ‘R Us. Shoppers are encouraged to register via the Click Frenzy website (www.clickfrenzy.com.au) before the event kicks off at 7pm.
