Tinted moisturisers the bd team tested (and loved) this week.
Already a fan of Éminence Organic skincare products, the Vanilla Latte Tinted Moisturizer was the first cosmetic I'd tried from the brand. And what a winner it is. The new offering has a light texture but offers a good level of coverage, which is a must for me - especially when I'm at work. From the feel of my skin, I can tell the formula is really hydrating (it contains jojoba oil and shea butter). I also like the fact there are some skincare elements too - like antioxidants and vitamins A and C - that are providing nourishing benefits at the same time. This tinted moisturiser has an SPF25, which is perfect coming into summer, and it absorbs easily without clogging my pores. Definitely one for warmer weather! – Michelle
O Cosmedics Mineral Pro SPF30+
This all-in-one product combines a primer, sunscreen and lightweight coverage of a foundation. Its texture blends easily onto the skin to help hide blemishes and the look of pores, while also leaving the skin looking even. I like that it protects against UVA and UVB rays. It stays on all day and doesn’t leave the skin sticky. Skin looks radiant and dewy with no matte finish and feels hydrated. - Liz
I've always been reluctant towards tinted moisturisers for the reason that I find them quite difficult to blend into skin, with many balling up or leaving dirty-looking marks on the face. This one from Alpha-H went on like a dream though. It blended easily and provided a light illuminator to the skin, leaving it with a bronzed glow and light to medium coverage. I would happily trade in a foundation for this lighter option during the warmer months. - Lucy
