It’s not just the frocks, hair and make-up that have to be perfect for the big entertainment award ceremonies. Celebs need to make sure that every little detail is taken care of – right down to their nails.
The 70th annual Golden Globes Awards saw three of the night’s big stars - Adele, Jennifer Lawrence and Naomi Watts - all call on Sally Hansen to have their nails looking their best for the red carpet.
Adele’s nail look was created using a sheer coat of So Much Fawn, followed by two coats of Pennies for Heaven layered on top. The look was then finished with an exclusive topcoat created for the Globes that had gold in it – enhancing the colour in the Pennies for Heaven nail polish.
Lawrence’s nails were decked out in the brand’s Naked Ambition, and were given a sqound” shape – combining both a square and round look.
Watts’ nails had a natural effect courtesy of two coats of the new Arm Candy applied to her shortly filed nails.
