Sisley Ecological Compound
I have been jetting off quite a bit recently to meet our beautydirectoryNZ team in Auckland and to visit the amazing beauty brands based in Melbourne. Although these are only short flights, my skin always suffers from a little dehydration after being in the stale cabin air. Sisley came to the rescue with their incredible Ecological Compound, which works like a wonder-serum for all skin types. Suitable to use both day and night, this light fluid sinks straight into the skin, allowing the high concentration of plant extracts (like rosemary, hops and ginseng) to moisturise, stimulate and protect skin from pollution and dry air. My skin felt hydrated, calm and relaxed and the Ecological Compound even eradicates the in-flight pallor I seem to develop even on the shortest flights. The 50mL size is perfect for carrying on-board and will now be a staple for my work and holiday trips. - Janet

Joico K-PAK Healthy Hair On The Go Travel Essentials Kit
My dry and knotted locks are extremely hard to manage, and the dreaded thought of brushing my hair after a shower usually forces me to turn to dry shampoo. If you’re a fellow matted mane lady, I can’t recommend the Joico K-PAK Healthy Hair On The Go Travel Essentials Kit enough. The K-PAK Shampoo, Conditioner and Intensive Hydrator not only helped a brush glide through my hair, but they also hydrated and softened my dry ends. Formulated with a bio-advanced peptide complex, the range is also perfect for repairing damage. And who doesn’t love a good hair product with a yummy scent? The scent of the Intensive Hydrator lingered after rinsing and made me want to go back in for more. The handy travel sizes mean this pack is ideal for on the go hair care as well! - Aja

Billie Goat Soap Travel With Your Goat
I’d like to think I look after my skin very well, and I do try to use products with natural ingredients whenever I can. I’ve heard about the benefits of goats milk and how effectively it soothes sensitive skin, and seeing as I often suffer from dryness, you can imagine how excited I was to try the Billie Goat Soap. I was even more thrilled to find out it’s an Australian company committed to creating products with no hidden nasties. The travel kit contains a trio of popular products in convenient sizes. The Moisturiser (100mL) boasts the benefits of goats milk and contains quality oils and a touch of lavender to soothe and nourish skin. The Original Plain Soap (50g) is compact enough to take travelling, and last but not least, the Natural Lip Balm (15mL) is amazing at soothing dry, chapped lips. If I had to choose, that would be my favourite product in the range. - Vanessa

theBalm Cosmetics Balm Voyage
I love travelling (so does Franklin), and when I do, make-up is a necessity - not so much for lazy days by the pool but definitely for nights out discovering new restaurants and hot spots. The Balm Voyage travel palette is adorably cute and also super convenient to use when I’m on the go. The palette houses 16 shades of eyeshadow, from bright colours to nude matte shades to darker metallics. It also includes three lip and cheek creams that blend like a dream. I love that the palette is flat and easy to pack in your handbag or carry-on. The array of shades have you covered for any travel look and the multi-purpose lip and cheek cream is all you need to easily add a pop of colour to a minimal daytime make-up look. - Liz
