After a stellar career in the communications division at L’Oréal over the past 10 years, the company is thrilled to announce it has created a specialist role for Georgia Reid - a move that sees the PR expert promoted to CPD digital communications manager.
Reid will be responsible for the strategic design, integration and management of influencers to boost brand image for all CPD brands - including L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier and essie.
Reid will not only look after the division’s brand ambassadors, spokesmodels and experts, but also focus on identifying and maximising brand and product advocacy through social media influencers and channels.
And Reid’s not the only L’Oréal employee moving up the ranks, with Alexandra Campbell promoted to a new and dedicated PR role - CPD PR executive. Campbell will be the main media contact for all brand communications, product launches and samples, reporting to L’Oréal Luxe PR and communications general manager Christine Burke.
“This is an exciting time for our division and I’d like to congratulate both Georgia and Ali on their new positions,” says L’Oréal Australia marketing director consumer division Aurélie de Crémiers.
Campbell and Reid’s new positions are effective immediately. Reid will be working in the role until she heads off on 12 months maternity leave on October 30.
