Early November we reported news that Johnson & Johnson was shifting its media accounts from local firm OMD Australia to UM as part of a global agency review, and now the company is also changing up its public relations representation.
As of January 1, 2016, Platinum Media & Communications will no-longer be representing the company’s skincare brands - including Neutrogena, Aveeno Active Naturals, , and .
The new agency for the brands will be Hausmann Public Relations, who will be assuming full account management on January 1. As part of the Hausmann roster, J&J skincare joins a portfolio of clients that includes Gillette Venus, Specsavers and Priceline Pharmacy.
Johnson & Johnson Pacific has also informed BEAUTYDIRECTORY that PR representation for Listerine will also be transitioning in 2016, with that appointment yet to be announced.
Moving forward, all Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean & Clear, and Johnson’s Baby product requests and editorial enquiries should be directed to jnj@hausmann.com.au.
