Following earlier news Sarah Tarca would be resigning from the editor seat at Girlfriend come Christmas time, it can now be revealed the journalist is taking up the role of beauty director at marie claire.
The shift sees Tarca replace current beauty director Alex Noonan on January 5, with Noonan moving across to head up a new launch at Pacific Magazine commencing in the New Year.
Tarca’s final day at Girlfriend is today, with a replacement for the editor position being announced in the New Year. In the interim, all Girlfriend and Total Girl beauty enquiries should be directed to editorial co-ordinator Lucy Bode on lucy.bode@pacificmags.com.au.
