Revlon Australia has begun the new year with the announcement of a major partnership with Maz Coote's freshly formed PR agency Coote Connex.
Revlon Australia’s in-house team has seen the recent departure of PR assistant Cynthia Saiah, with Simone Cunico remaining responsible for the PR and social media strategy across Revlon’s portfolio of brands in Australia and New Zealand. While Cunico will continue with these responsibilities, Coote Connex will become the key day-to-day point of contact for local press. Both the in-house team and the PR agency are expected to work together in regards to all projects and events for the Revlon brands Revlon Cosmetics, Revlon Beauty Tools and Revlon Brushes.
Cunico is looking forward to working alongside Coote, commenting: “Maz’s reputation with press is impeccable and it was the media’s praise along with her work ethic that won her the account! I am thrilled to welcome her to the Revlon family. I know together we are going to do great things in 2016”.
Coote is equally excited for the partnership, saying: "It is an honour to have been appointed the PR partner for Revlon Cosmetics in the Australian Market and an incredible opportunity to work on such an iconic international brand. We look forward to working alongside Simone and the team in 2016."
