When it comes to high employee engagement scores and outstanding people practices, it seems and have it in the bag – with both companies achieving Aon Best Employer accreditation status.
Considered to be the most credible employer research study of its kind in Australia and New Zealand, the Aon Best Employers program saw 14 companies across the two countries named for 2016. An expert judging panel determined the award winners, who were praised for their delivery of positive workplace experiences.
