The Influencer Network talk tanning

September saw launch its darkest self-tan yet with the release of the brand’s Ultra Dark Self Tanning Foam just in time for summer. Featuring a concentrated formula, intense colourants, and tan activators, the  recently put the tan to the test to see how it stacks up against competitors.

Following a trial of the Le Tan Ultra Dark Self Tanning Foam, BD’s Influencer Network were more than impressed – with 100 per cent revealing the foam gave them a flawless streak-free tan. What’s more, 100 per cent of respondents said they would repurchase the tan and would recommend the product to friends and families. All contestants said the tan was good value for money at $19.99.

A closer look at the product’s benefits saw all respondents finding the tan easy to apply and having either an average or quick drying time. A further 88 per cent liked the scent of the product and found it faded evenly, while 77 per cent said it was the darkest tan they had ever used before.

“I cannot comment on if it is the darkest tan I have ever used, as I only had it on for an hour – however, it was the darkest colour I was able to achieve in an hour in comparison to other fake tans. Really good for a lazy girl like myself! Its green base was very natural on my skintone. The smell was also amazing!” says The Makeup Grub blogger Emily Thompson.
