The new Aussie product that has the industry talking

Australian beauty brand Frank Body, known predominantly for their coffee scrubs and tongue-in-cheek social media presence, has set the internet alight recently thanks to a new product. 

Their shimmer scrub, only announced on April 20, has already garnered mentions by the likes of Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Refinery29 and more. The media hype is a shining example of what happens when a brand taps into a trend at exactly the right moment - in this case, glitter and holographics. 

The product is being marketed as a 3-in-1 body scrub infused with sea salt, brown sugar, roasted and grown coffee beans and vitamin E oils - perfect exfoliating ingredients for soft, supple skin. However, the magic ingredient in the product is mica, or microscopic gold and silver particles.

The full-body highlighter effect that leaves a subtle shimmer on consumers skin will surely prove popular as most countries, especially the US, head into festival season.  

The product will be available from Frank Body on May 1.
