Instagram makeup sensation Huda Kattan has been named the Middle East’s favourite female influencer, topping Forbes’ Middle East Top Female Social Influencer list.
Kattan boasts 20+ million followers on Instagram (@hudabeauty) and is well known for creating a beauty empire that includes the likes of Kim Kardashian among its fans.
This isn’t the first social media recognition for Kattan either, as the MUA and businesswoman was recently named one of Time’s most influential people on the internet; she’s also rumoured to be the wealthiest influencer on Instagram.
While Kattan has managed to figure out the formula to achieving social media success in both the Middle East and the rest of the world, the Forbes list is an undeniable nod to the growing influence of social media beauty stars in the Middle East.
