According to an article by Cosmetics Business, entries are now open for the global version of the acclaimed Pure Beauty Awards UK.
These awards are known for showing off the latest innovations and trends to hit the beauty industry, providing the chance for all kinds of brands to gain international recognition.
In its fourth year, the event will have 42 awards for brands to enter. Some new additions include Best New Eco-Warrior and Best New Disruptor Brand, as well as the evolution of Best New Beauty Supplement into a category of its own.
“In a year that has been anything but normal, we’ve seen beauty brands respond with resilience and innovation,” Pure Beauty acting editor, Sarah Parsons, said. “We can’t wait to celebrate them, and to see how they continue to evolve in this ever-changing industry.”
To enter, brands need to place their entries online via the entry form. The shortlist, which will be selected by Pure Beauty's editorial team, will then be published in a special edition of Pure Beauty magazine next year. Following that, an international expert judging panel will vote for the winners. Winners will then be announced live via a glamorous awards ceremony.
The ‘Circus’ themed ceremony will be held on May 12, 2021, at Hotel Okura in Amsterdam. In the event of the ceremony not being able to take place in person, it will be streamed online (much like this year's event).
