Scent is a vital part of my living space and I'm super picky about what I introduce at home. Recently, I have been investigating high quality fragrance oils and wax blends – that not only smell great but are non-toxic. I recently tried the CIRCA Pear & Lime 350g Soy Candle and it has fast become my go to living room fragrance. Handmade in Australia with lead free cotton wicks and soy wax, CIRCA have created a line of candles that have lasting scent power whilst being safe to breathe in. The scent offers a harmonious blend of Anjou pear and Mexican lime – balancing a mix of sweet and soft. With notes of vanilla and sandalwood, the scent adorns my living room with an inviting but invigorating feel. The glass canister is sleek and elevated complimenting my coffee table design story without overpowering it. Overall, this candle has cemented CIRCA as my go-to scent brand for its quality ingredients, scent power and premium packaging.

I’ve loved incorporating the Skin Physics Dragon’s Blood Radiance Daily Moisturiser SPF 15 as part of my recent AM skincare routine. This moisturiser is not only deeply nourishing, but it has also been the perfect everyday SPF for the current autumn season – giving me peace of mind knowing I’m protecting my skin from sun damage (as well as infrared radiation, blue light and pollution!) even on cloudy/overcast days. The addition of vitamin B3 is also amazing as it has really helped with my uneven skin tone, whilst simultaneously working to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Plus, my skin feels plumper and more hydrated than ever! To top it off, the formula is 100 per cent plant-derived, which makes me feel good about what I’m putting on my skin. Highly recommend!

It might be a cardinal sin as a beauty editor to admit I don't visit the hair salon very often – we're talking once a year if I’m lucky... So to keep my locks looking good, I have found some at-home gems that I'm never without, and one of those is the Scott Cornwall Colour Restore in Cool Ash. The treatment toner is the perfect option for me to keep those pesky brass hues at bay, without completely stripping my hair. It's super easy to use – I leave it on for two minutes as a toning conditioner, and my hair colour is left looking healthy and fresh. The formula itself is gentle yet effective, leaving my skin feeling clean, soft, and subtly fragranced without any dryness which I particularly love with winter coming up. It lathers nicely, making it ideal for both hand and body use, and the elegant bottle adds a touch of luxury to my sink and shower setup. What I particularly love is how the fragrance lingers just enough to not be overpowering, but noticeable in a subtle, sophisticated way. Urbane Mess Beard and Hair Trimmer – Issy's pick
This makes a great gift for a significant man in your life, and in my case, my husband. I gifted this recently for his birthday to maintain his beard, and for me to help keep his hair line in shape between trims. The trimmer is battery operated making it convenient for traveling with. The blades are sharp and do a good job of cutting through both beard and hair without pulling or tugging, which is great for a smooth, clean trim. The two comb attachments are a nice touch, giving you flexibility in choosing your desired length. It’s especially handy for beard grooming, as you can easily switch between different lengths to get that perfect trim.
