New Zealand natural beauty brand, Essano has announced it has been acquired by Vitality Brands.
Vitality Brands is best known for owning Cancer Council Sunscreen, epzen and Tribe Skincare.
"Essano Limited has today entered into an agreement to join forces with Vitality Brands Worldwide," shared Essano CEO, Craig Langley.
"Vitality Brands is a founder-led, privately-owned company that has been operating successfully for over 20 years and has a long track record in building and growing great brands."
"We are confident that our combined strengths will prove to be a formidable force in the global beauty market," he said.
Langley also said the announcement does not impact how Essano Limited operates today and any agreements the brand currently has in place remain for the time being.
