Kate Heliotis launches management agency

Last August saw Kate Heliotis announce she was hanging up her L'Oréal boots after 10 years at the company to "explore new opportunities", and now we can reveal just what opportunity she decided to explore. After taking a few months break to holiday and travel, Heliotis is excited to announce she is the founder and director of brand management consultancy Three60 Management.

A new complementary division to award-winning creative agency Three60 Creative, the agency will specialise in the lifestyle, fashion, beauty and luxury markets. It will offer services including brand and talent management, communications / PR strategy, media and influencer strategy, event management, sponsorship leverage, plus digital and social media strategy.

To find out more, we chat to Heliotis about the new role and whether we’ll still see her face on the beauty scene.

What appealed to you about launching Three60 Management?
Following 10 fantastic years at L’Oréal, and another seven working in consultancies in Australia and abroad, I came to the conclusion I was keen to branch out and do my own thing. The time seemed right. Having made the decision to take a few months break, I was exceptionally fortunate to have a number of amazing people reach out wanting to work together… and the rest is history.

What are you most looking forward to in the role?
I am most looking forward to the opportunity to join the brilliant team at Three60 Creative and to be working with an amazing group of clients - [they are] all really inspiring people who are both passionate and incredibly talented at what they do.

Will you still be working with beauty media?
Absolutely! That was essential! I adore the beauty industry, and beauty media have become like an extended family to me over the past decade. Two of my most treasured clients are Megan Gale and Rae Morris, so I am sure there will be lots of opportunities to see the beauty crew with those lovely ladies.
