L'Oréal Australia is thrilled to announce Serena Woon-Havryluk has been appointed general manager of L'Oréal Luxe Division, Australia and New Zealand, following the departure of Luca Guillot Boschetti.
Boschetti has returned to Europe with his family after being with the company for five-and-a-half years. He was responsible for leading the division to a double digit growth.
Effective immediately, Woon-Havryluk joins the division from Thailand, where she has held the position of general manager at L'Oréal Luxe for nearly three years. Similar to Boschetti, Woon-Havryluk is responsible for turning the Thailand division around – enabling it to regain market share, accelerate sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Previous to her move to Thailand, Woon-Havryluk began her career with the L'Oréal Group 15 years ago in the Consumer Product Division in France before working in Malaysia and Australia. In Australia, she held the position of general manager at Lancôme.
