LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has this week announced it will be launching a four-month long digital program for students and graduates from 50 different European institutions.
The program, called “Inside LVMH”, aims to connect with younger generations in the early stages of their career as well as introduce participants to the different aspects of LVMH, including design, brand management, manufacturing and digital transformation.
More than 50 videos will makeup the course content, as well as joint ventures between the high-end business and the selected universities (such as Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, Bocconi University and the Institut Français de la Mode). The top students from each program will be invited to join LVMH Maisons.
LVMH group EVP of human resources & synergies, Chantal Gaemperle, said in a statement: “Given our ambitious recruitment goals, we have designed the INSIDE LVMH Program to be a stepping stone between the academic world where the young talent is being nurtured, and the professional world.
“At LVMH, we believe that people make the difference, so we are delighted to be able to offer them a unique opportunity to discover the various aspects of our Group, and to imagine themselves joining our Maisons’ teams.”
More than 3,500 young talents have already joined the Inside LVMH program, which is open to students in engineering, business, creative and design and technology courses.
